At Elevate Rehabilitation, our services extend beyond traditional one-on-one Exercise Physiology sessions. We work closely with clients under Workers’ Compensation to provide structured, evidence-based rehabilitation that supports a safe and sustainable return to work.


Our programs are tailored to address both injury recovery and functional capacity, ensuring clients build the strength, confidence, and resilience needed for their workplace demands. Whether delivered one-on-one or in a group environment, sessions are guided by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in a supportive and goal-focused setting.

Rehabilitation

“The action of restoring someone to health or normal life through training and therapy after imprisonment, addiction, or illness” 


At Elevate Rehabilitation, we used a variety of evidence-based, practical and, most importantly, enjoyable methods to help you regain your previous physical capabilities. 


The client’s goal and ideal end point will determine the action plan taken, not their diagnosis. To begin the rehabilitation process, we will conduct an initial assessment of your individual situation to figure out where you are at and where you want to be, including but not limited to:

  • Medical history and safety (first rule of rehab, do no harm)
  • Goals (what do you want to achieve with RRP? What do you want to be able to do?)
  • Current activity levels (What can you currently do?)
  • Lifestyle and environment assessment (Sleep, stress, nutrition, hydration, work etc.)
  • How YOU like to train (Cardio? Heavy weights? Bodyweight?)
  • Physical assessment (Mobility and joint motion, strength, endurance, speed, power etc)

Strength Programming

Do you spend time and money seeing weekly chiro/physio/massage, use short cut programs and spend hours in the gym and don't have the results to show for it? 


Therefore, it would be a good idea to remove any confusion and get started on a plan that works for you as an individual. At Elevate Rehabilitation, we use a variety of evidence-based, practical and most importantly enjoyable methods to help you reach your highest potential. Typically, we will assign 6, 12 and 16-week programming blocks, but individualised and factored to your goals. 


Key concepts utilised within the strength program adaptations:

  • Load selection and management
  • Deload and fatigue management
  • Exercise selection and progression
  • Joint health, mobility and stability
  • Lifestyle factor assessment (sleep, stress, hydration, nutrition, other activities performed)

Online Coaching

Get optimal coaching from anywhere in the world!  Our online coaching is ideal for anyone who is ready to step things up with their training and nutrition but can’t access our in-person coaching services. 


Our online coaching includes programming for training as well as support and guidance for lifestyle, nutrition, and mindset. Included in your online coaching are weekly check-ins, monthly calls, technique and form review/analysis with your coach and availability to ask questions whenever you like. 


This is the sure-fire way to cover all of the bases for your training and diet, receive the guidance and support of a coach and ensure you have everything you need to achieve your goals!

Educational seminars

Maximise your workplace confidence, efficiency, work capacity and safety by implementing simple and practical strategies based on current evidence literature.
